The reason capital allowances can make transactions complex is because both the Seller and the Buyer need to get the position straightened out before completion.
If it’s not dealt with, the Seller could be facing some nasty clawbacks, and the Buyer could inherit no allowances at all.

Our service also includes dealing with HMRC enquiries and supporting your accountant in putting the claim in your tax returns.
Property Purchase Review Service
Claims on ‘second hand’ buildings are very possible but can be tricky; the sellers and former owners own claims need to be thought about.
